FARMINGTON, MAINE Senior Abby Shafer (Egg Harbor Township, N.J.) placed first for the eighth time this season. The NEC women's cross country team placed eighth out of 11 and the men finished 11th at the North Atlantic Conference championships hosted at the University of Maine-Farmington.
