WATERVILLE, Maine—Senior Abby Shafer (Egg Harbor Township, N.J.) of the New England College women's cross country team earned her fourth-straight North Atlantic Conference (NAC) Runner of the Week award, and teammate Isabela Fast (Chester, N.H.) was named the league's Rookie of the Week on Monday afternoon.
